Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives with punctured or leaking cans, or if items are missing, please reach out to us right away! We’ll be glad to provide a replacement or credit.
Please note:
Dented cans are still safe to drink and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Fuzzy Bones does not accept returns or exchanges, except when an order is returned due to an insufficient address or damage sustained during shipping.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order includes damaged cans:
3 or more damaged cans: We’ll ship replacements for the affected quantity.
Fewer than 3 damaged cans: We’ll issue a credit for the value of the damaged cans (since we cannot ship single cans).
Missing Deliveries:
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please allow up to 24 hours as it may still be in transit. If it hasn’t arrived after that period, contact us and we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
