Shipping Methods and Costs
At Fuzzy Bones, we process orders as quickly as possible. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your items. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during checkout. Shipping costs depend on the products in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be calculated automatically before your order is completed.
We currently only ship to the following states: Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and North Dakota.
More states will be added soon—stay tuned!
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours once payment has cleared. We ship Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during special promotions may experience slight delays.
Please note: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the products are transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

After placing your order, you’ll receive emails to keep you updated:

Shipment Confirmation – Confirms that your order, or part of it, has shipped. You may receive multiple emails if your order ships in separate packages.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are typically assigned as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on drinkfuzzybones.com may be shipped by different carriers, so tracking availability may vary depending on your shipping method, carrier, and delivery location.

Order Status vs. Tracking Information

Order Status is provided by Fuzzy Bones and reflects what’s happening with your order from the time it’s placed until it leaves our warehouse.
Tracking Information comes from the shipping carrier once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking details may take up to 3 full business days to appear after your package has left our warehouse.
